Nelicia Butler is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. She holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lincoln Christian University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
